8 Months Old....

LOVES to eatLOVES his Elmo (thank you Armstrong's)
Hmmm yummy teething cookie
makes the funniest faces....

and....

• is 19lb 5oz and 28in
• is trying to start crawling {boo}
• pulled up on the coffee table then "gummed" it
• still no toofers yet {Mama is happy about that}
• sleeps between Mommy & Daddy ALL night {M, D, & P love it}
• is 2/3 through his 1st year {Mama tears up}
• is fascinated with Shoeshine & Miss Dixie
• plays bashful when someone else talks to him besides Daddy & the Bubbas
• has the best tummy-shaking laugh
• is extremely ticklish
• has baby fat rolls so sweet it makes you want to chew on them!
• and the most exciting tid-bit is he said his 1st word....drum-roll please....MAMA!!!! My heart melted (just like the other 2x with K & G) I did really try to get him to say Dada first but he protested.

Porter....please stop growing so stinkin fast. Thanks, your Mama ;)
