It was hard to say goodbye to the A's.....we miss them tons and are counting down to summer when they get to come back. My house was too quiet after they left :(

Outside fun....

One of the day that the A's were here I took them to the Play for All Abilities Park in RR...they loved it! {Well I think my oldest nephew got bored for a bit, but he is 11} They were all so dirty, sweaty, tired, and hungry when we left. That park is so amazing and I am so glad that we have it semi-close by. I am not a fan of Zilker personally...I only like Zilker when it isn't crowded...and when is that?!? I always feel creeped out at Zilker, but this park I LOVED. We will definitely be returning too many many times.

Boys Boys Boys....

For half of spring break my sister shared her 3 boys with us. I plan on making it a spring break tradition! We had so much fun and I LOVED having a house full of boys, as usual. Everyone always thinks I am nuts for wanting 6 boys in my house all at once for a few days. Well let me tell you, I would have those little stinkers move in if I could, ;) they are such amazing kids! I honestly have not ever met kids as well behaved or respectful as my sister's kids {not saying that because she is my sister either}. They all play together so well and all 3 of my boys idolize her boys, it is beyond adorable to watch them. 

I will say that I did miss my sweet niece though, that lucky duck was on a mission trip in Guatemala...sweet huh! More pics to come from spring break......=)

Spring Break Part III

For Christmas, my totally awesome hubby got me tickets to see Bon Jovi in San Antonio. He couldn't go with me because of work and since my niece {aka most favorite girl in the world} was in town with me I took her :) It was supposed to be a surprise, but my sister had a major brainfart {she had 4 kids in 4 1/2 years and runs a restaurant...I forgive her heehee} and told her. She was sooo excited! 

We spent the day shopping, ate a yummy dinner, then went to the concert.

It was beyond awesome!!!! He puts on such a fabulous show. I am surprised I was able to talk the next day :)

It was so fun to take Kasyn and have a girls day with her. I don't get to spend as much time with her and her bros as I want to. We really had a great time and I cannot wait to do it again. That girl has a special place in my heart that I cannot explain, I am blessed to be her aunt & have her as my niece and friend. I love that she is the only girl...it means I can spoil her extra ;)

Spring Break Part II

After doing the Mutton Bustin' last year at the rodeo, Kadon could not wait to do it again this year. We were all very excited! He was even more excited that Kasyn & Corbyn were here to watch too. He did a great job, his sheep was a little more rowdy than last years ;) He informed me he got dirt in his mouth when he fell off this time. He was fascinated by the bull riding too...hope that is not in our future. {If so I will be getting my hair dyed on a regular basis!}

After the rodeo, Brandon took Porter home so they could go to bed and the kids & I went to the carnival. It was freezing cold and I didn't think to check the weather, so we didn't stay long. They were fine with it...they got cotton candy ;)

Spring Break Part I

The 1st weekend of spring break we went to Boerne, TX to watch my nephew Keatyn play baseball. He is a little {or not so little} rockstar with sports....love watching him play! Plus any chance we get to hang out with the Armstrongs we take it.

Then we got to bring home Kasyn & Corbyn for the week! I am not sure who was more excited.....Kadon & Garner or me =)
