On Wednesday, Rachel & I took the kids back to the Mall of America. {Yes, we may be crazy!} In the middle of the mall there is Nickelodeon Universe, a small amusement park. The kids had a blast! Porter was tired and cranky. Very cranky. He did great, but it was so very nice when he fell asleep and we could focus on Kadon & Garner. They loved the rides. The crazier the ride the more they loved it!
We also ate lunch at Rainforest Cafe. That was beyond awesome!! First of all, they were very accommodating with all of my food allergies. The best customer service I have ever received in any restaurant regarding my food allergies. The atmosphere was also very fun! We all enjoyed it and will be happy to return.
