The last week of school

 I was sad for 1st grade to come to an end. We were blessed with the best teacher ever and we will all miss her so much next year. She already knows she must have Garner so at least we will have her a few more times ;) She is just simply amazing. We were both a little emotional the last week...along with a few other moms. Being room mom for her was such a great experience. This past year was so different from Kadon's kinder year in every positive way. The teacher makes all the difference in the world. Now we are spoiled ;) The 2nd grade teacher has amazing shoes to fill....hope she can do it, because this mama & daddy have high expectations!!!

We are looking forward to doing lots of fun things over the summer with our friends though. We have wonderful neighborhood friends, plus our wonderful friends in other hoods. Many playdates are planned and a few camps. Plus a trip to Minnesota {um can we say Mall of America??? Yes we can!}, seeing the super-Armstrong cousins, and a Brandon & Ashlee trip to Chicago! Woohoo, let summer being.....
