We recently took another trip to the cabin for a nights get-a way and for Brandon and Kadon to hunt. We had a great time except that we weren't expecting the frigid cold front and were not equipped with warm enough clothes! We all survived though :) (Mama stayed inside most of the time) Kadon thought he was BIG stuff hunting in the blind with his Daddy...he even lasted 1 1/2 hours. Then they helped their Daddy fix a few things and just ran around being boys. Mama stayed in the cabin and cooked, relaxed, and tried to stay warm. I'm not sure who loves being at the cabin more....Brandon & me, the boys, or Shoeshine & Miss Dixie!?**Oh and a tidbit of cabin info: Kadon is now big enough (and extremely proud of it) to be in charge of opening and closing the gate!!! This now means that the Mama can retire from one of her many jobs :) hmmm, what else can I teach him to do? ha**

Can you teach him to fly a plane??? That would be very helpful to us. Glad you had a great time.
